As the cool winter air creeps in to the Triangle, we wanted to offer the perfect seasonal cocktail at our onsite Restaurant, Reflect. Nothing quite excites the taste buds during the autumn months like the pumpkin flavor. We knew the best way to offer the familiar taste was to offer a delicious Pumpkin Pie Martini! Come enjoy this cocktail before it’s too late. We will be serving the Pumpkin Pie Martini through December 31 at our full service bar. Each customer to purchase our Pumpkin Pie Martini will receive a raffle ticket, with one winner earning a $50 Visa Gift Card!



Interested in making these cocktails for your own fall gathering? Here’s the recipe:

Pumpkin Pie Martini

1 ¼ ounce Bailey’s Irish Cream
1 ¼ ounce ButterShots
¼ ounce Gold Rush Cinnamon Schnapps
Dash of Grand Marnier
Dollop of Whipped Cream
Sprinkle of pumpkin spice

Shake Bailey’s, ButterShots, Gold Rush and Grand Marnier with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Top with a dollop of whipped cream.

Sprinkle with Pumpkin Pie Spice.

New Year's Eve Bash @ Cambria Suites

On December 31, 2010, we held our 1st annual New Year’s Eve Bash! We enjoyed ringing in 2011 with over 100 guests, which was certainly a night to be remembered. We began the night with the greatest tracks from the 60s, the 70s, and the 80s spun by the talented DJ JD. He rocked hits from AC/DC to hits like Funky Cold Medina as well as Kokomo from The Beach Boys. Our guests displayed their talents on the dance floor all night long, as well as requesting their favorite hits! We also enjoyed a complimentary late night bistro fare, which included shrimp cocktail, mini-sandwiches, Swedish and BBQ meatballs, egg rolls, Spanakopita, and a nice dessert spread. We toasted to the New Year with a champagne toast, as well as cocktails from our full service bar. As the night came to a close, our guests were invited to stay in our King Size Suites and woke up to enjoy a New Year’s Day hot breakfast for two. We had a wonderful time as 2010 came to a close and we wish you and yours a fabulous year in 2011.
